We KPN established in 1985 with two Drop Hammers with all back up facilities, in house to forge parts for Automobiles, General Engineering and Valve Industries.
We are a IATF 16969 : 2016 certified company which is mandatory in today's Automobile customers requirements.
Then we have added two more Hammers of 1.5 and 2 Tons capacity to forge higher weight forgings upto 10 kgs which helped us to cater to the needs of Conveyor systems manufacturers in a bigger way.
Since 2014 we have started upgrading our back up facilities such as Oil Fired furnaces to Induction Billet Heaters.
We have added 4 CNC machines for turning, facing and boring operations and due to that our Customers have helped us to supply them semi finished parts which benefited both of us in terms of quality & cost.
We have added Continuous Pusher type electrical furnace to achieve the required hardness, structure etc as per the customers requirements.
The latest technologies are adopted to enhance productivity.
All our workmen are tuned to manufacture forgings as per our customers expectations. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit of our team.
